The Ocean Goddess Retreat is a Week Long Ladies Only Wellness Gathering in the Dominican Republic

    April 5 - 9, 2018

Let's face it, we all know girls shred harder with other girls.

In our experience, having other females around who are going for it in life is the most motivating and empowering thing ever.

We have designed a retreat that will get you on the water and get you fit and healthy - all without the guys!

Hosted by a team of professionals, you will spend your days doing water sports, eating yummy food, doing yoga and much more. You can step up your surfing and kitesurfing game or just hang back and relax in between the yoga sessions.

In every single thing we do, we are conscious of the environment and our local community. For you, this is a completely guilt-free trip, optimized to make you feel super healthy and fresh.

When we're not playing in the ocean or doing Yoga, we will be offering other activities such as a once in a lifetime tour on horseback through the Dominican countryside and a fun mermaid themed river " floatopia ".

Our motto has always been "leave a place better than you find it" so we are partnering with the Mariposa Foundation. A part of each ticket sold will go towards beach cleanups, organized and executed by awesome young women who surf and love the ocean as much as you do.

You will leave our retreat refreshed, with new friends, new water skills and best of all - a tan :)

    Hope to see you there,

    Cabarete Bay

    Ocean Dream / Harmony

Ocean One is a beachfront gated community of luxurious condos located at walking distance from the center strip of restaurants, bars, and shops.

Cabarete has been Susi's hometown since she was 5 years old.

It's Bay is protected by a coral reef creating the perfect mix of calm waters and waves. This setup, combined with the breezy conditions make this a perfect venue for our retreat.

The town center, which is walking distance from most of our accommodation, is clustered with many tiny restaurants, shops, and bars right along the beach.

"The Ocean Goddess retreat was an immersion of collaborative powerful women to enjoy the perfect blend of ocean action and meditation with pros at all levels. The balance of learning more about yoga, kiting, and surfing on such a personal level just blew my mind! I can't wait to go again to share the wind, ocean, local community and do some self-reflection for the next ride in my life with these women."

“I found the whole experience incredibly rewarding. Kiting proved to be just as empowering as it was humbling. Allowing myself to try something new and be vulnerable was a great gift to myself. The other women who participated were wonderful to share the experience with. Everyone was very supportive and brought their own unique contribution to the culture of the trip. I learned a lot about each one and myself in the process. I look forward to sharing more adventures together!”
